Custom Apparel

Due to the bespoke nature of our custom apparel, we do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed. Both parties collaborate throughout the design process to ensure the final product meets your expectations. As a result, all sales are final.

Issues with Your Order

If there is an error on our part—such as a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item being sent—please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Custom Graphics

For custom graphics, we also do not issue refunds after design approval. If there is a mistake due to our oversight, please reach out within 3 days, and we will correct it at no additional cost.
